Virgilli
Virgilli grew up resenting her role of caretaker for her many younger siblings, and feeling stuck on land in Ireland. As she got older, the weight of her responsibilities was unbearable, and she yearned for the sea. But, she quickly found that no ship would accept her, due to her gender.
She disguised herself as a man, shedding her old identity and assuming the name Virgilli, so she could focus her responsibilities on much simpler things: ship needs.
She jumped from ship to ship and pubs. Nobody caught on to her disguise, being she knew her way around a ship, a woman, and rum better than any man. So, when she revealed her true femininity, the men welcomed her with open
arms. She continues to drink them under the table to this very day.
